Cat Rates, Fees & Charges

Our all inclusive rates are structured to give your companion the highest quality care that you expect and that they deserve. All prices are GST inclusive.

You are charged for the first day of boarding regardless of the time you check in. Your day of check out is free, if you have checked out prior to 12.00 (Noon), Monday through to and including Saturday. Sunday is always charged as we do not open until 3 pm.

Please be aware that if you received a quote for boarding and the rate has increased between our quote and your reservation, the new rate will apply to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

High Season Cancellation Policy

  • $100 Deposit is required on all High Season Reservations
  • All deposits contain a $25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee
  • Reservations cancelled with 30 days or more notice receive $75.00 refund
  • Less than 30 days’ notice will incur the loss of the full deposit
  • Deposits are not transferable from one reservation to another
  • Refunds are paid in the same method of payment i.e. credit card payment – credit card refund

Additional Fees & Charges

Personal Belongings Fee

$10 per booking when bring personal items other than a T/Shirt, medication and food

Cancellation Fee

$25.00 Non refundable Cancellation Fee is included in all High Season Deposits

Out of Hour Reception Fee

If checking in or checking out, outside of our documented reception hours you will incur a $100 surcharge. Our Council License dictates our office hours and if we operate outside of those hours we stand to incur fines

Credit Card Payment Fee

All credit card payments will incur a 1.11% charge

All EFTPOS payments will incur a 0.36% charge
