Picked up our beautiful 7 month golden after 6 days at the pampared pets resort and he was in great condition, very happy. He had an absolute ball of a time. Friendly service and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe and happy stay for their pet
This place is the best! Daisy has such a great time it’s hard to get her in the car to go home. She is treated like family, and is always welcomed with a smile. We love the photos and videos and the fact she’s having a great time. It’s nice to go away with the family knowing Daisy is so loved and well looked after. Highly recommend Pampered Pets.
We have used Pampered Pets to board our very special pet Cairn Terrier Willow over the past 2 years on many occasions. We have found the personalized service we have received every time from Phil Louise and Sarah, has been outstanding. Prior to boarding Willow with Pampered Pets, Phil and Louise set up a time for us to view the kennels and we were most impressed with everything we saw from the sleeping quarters to the exercise area etc
Our Willow has had short stays of only a few days at a time and on 2 occasions up to 7 weeks.
Each and every time she has been looked after and treated extremely well and we have always picked her up in excellent condition after her stay. We know that Willow receives the very best attention we could ever expect and also lots of love and important exercise during her stays. We always say when we arrive to drop her off at Pampered Pets that if she could talk to us during the trip up to Montacute she would be saying “are we there yet”She can’t wait to get inside to start her stay and very importantly the staff give her a very warm welcome. We already have Willow booked in for a 6 night stay before Christmas and I’m sure she is counting down the days to be back there. We have no hesitation in giving Phil and Louise and their staff our highest recommendation for boarding your beloved pets. We simply would not go anywhere else.

Stella is back home again after her third holiday with Philip and Louise and the gang. As always , and like Morris And Solly before her , she came home happy and relaxed . The dogs have safety , security and fun ! We’ve known Phil and Louise for 10 years or so and trust them completely with our dogs ,who as we all know are family members . I think the dogs love the security -they have routine -but they love the socialisation too which is carefully structured . Louise and Phil love and understand dogs and always aim to make it a positive experience for any dog who is lucky enough to stay with them.
I would like to thank you for the wonderful service that you provide to us. After moving to Adelaide we were searching for a home away from home for our animals. Halfa and Stinky have stayed with you many times over the last 2 years and we have no hesitation in leaving them in your care. You are always friendly and welcoming to us and our pets. Stinky has a wonderful room at the front of the house and is quite contented to just sit on the chair in the sunshine. The best accommodation she has ever experienced in a pussycat motel.
We love to hear the stories of the wee playmates that Halfa has had whilst he’s being with you and he always comes home happy and smelling great! You have a wonderful peaceful location and your openness to dropping off and picking up at times that are convenient to us is a godsend. Last year we had initially booked Halfa and Stinky in for a weekend and then due to a family illness interstate, at short notice we had to ask if they could stay on for another week, and then found we had to extend for another week. Your kindness and flexibility was a wonderful relief to us at a difficult time and also knowing that our little ones were in your capable and caring hands was something we were so appreciative of. When we talk to our friends, family and colleagues we tell them all how lucky we have been to find Pampered Pets Resort.
Our boys and girls are special members of our family and their holiday destination is important to us!! Pampered Pets Resort provides our special furry friends with a home away from home where they are loved, cared for and individually treated. They are ecstatic to see Phil and Louise when we drop them off and are healthy and happy when we pick them. It’s the ultimate pets’s resort for some special pampering!!!
We inspected a number of kennels before deciding on Pampered Pets to look after our Chinese Crested Hairless dog, Timmy.
We were immediately impressed with their thoughtful, caring and professional attitude. We are also impressed with the socialisation program available, where smaller, ‘likeminded’ breeds get to have fun together under their watchful eye.
Tim is now a regular visitor, for both weekends and longer stays and has always shown he is happy to be left in the care of Pampered Pets staff. Because he is a Hairless breed, Timmy needs special care in summer and warmth during winter which the kennels provide. He gets personal attention and enjoys the social outdoor activities . Tim always comes home smelling delicious and happy to have had his holidays with Phil & Louise.
Occasionally we have needed to kennel Timmy at short notice and Phil & Louise have gone out of their way to help us which has ben greatly appreciated.
We couldn’t recommend Pampered Pets more highly.

We found your boarding kennels through the yellow pages due to frustrations with another kennel where Kobi always came home distressed, apart from the fact that we had to drive for nearly an hour there and back.
Since we have been bringing Kobi to your boarding kennels we can honestly say that he comes home a happy and contented dog and shows no signs of even being away from home. It is also evident that the love you give him whilst he is there, as I am sure you give to all the other dogs whilst in your care, helps to make him settle in to a different environment.
The first time we boarded Kobi you gave us a guided tour of your complex and we were pleased to see how clean and tidy it is kept. The assortment of toys and playing area was a real bonus as Kobi loves toys.
We would like to wish you continued success so that we can bring Kobi there every time we go away, and enjoy our trips with the peace of mind that he is not missing us too much.

Benny the Beagle loves his vacations at Pampered Pets Resort. From the moment he arrives to the time we pick him up, we know that he is having a top time. He jumps from the car on arrival and literally pulls us up the stairs to greet Phil and Louise. They are like his ‘long lost friends’. And … of course, when he hears the barks from the kennels, he actually leads us around to the side entrance, even before we go to the office!
When we collect him – (which could be from a couple of days to a few weeks) he is always clean and obviously well cared for. We feel, without doubt, that we can go away on holidays or business trips, knowing that our beautiful beagle is in the safest and most loving care – just like one of their own.

When we arrive at Pampered Pets Resort we are always met with a smile, and it is lovely to see our dogs reaction to Phil, who has an obvious genuine interest in them.
Mishka our Husky is usually very reserved with people outside her family group, but she has trusted Phil from their first meeting. This means we always feel relaxed and happy when we leave our furry children with Phil and Louise, knowing they will be safe, content and cared for.
The kennels and cattery are always spotless. The food is premium and the dogs always come home glowing with health and happiness and beautifully groomed. We particularly appreciate this with Kira our Samoyed because we know what a big effort it takes to wash and brush her.
We would recommend Pampered Pets Resort to people who really care about their pets and need absolute peace of mind while they are away from them.
Phil and Louise treat us as more than “just a customer” and make us feel that nothing is too much trouble when it comes to caring for our pets.
It can take us an hour to drive to Pampered Pets Resort and there are kennels far closer to home, but because we will not compromise when it comes to our pets we choose to travel to get the best.
Our family feels as if the time our pets spend with Phil and Louise is their own trip to the “weekend health spa”.
