Please advise Breed and Weight of all dogs boarding as we have three sizes in our accommodation and provide pick up and delivery address if Transport is to be quoted for

We attend to our incoming emails in the evening after our kennel and cattery has closed for the day. Our aim is to respond to your email within 24 hours. If you do not have a reply within 48 hours please try again or ring us.

COVID-19 Response

We know this is a stressful time that comes with a lot of uncertainty however our clients, human and animal, are our number one priority.

Pampered Pet Resort is considered an essential service and is operating under our normal hours with skeleton staff

Our staff follow strict and regular cleaning procedures using industry tested products. In addition, we have been in constant discussion with our industry specialist regarding hygiene management. We are following their protocols as new information emerges. We have hand sanitiser available for clients and have staff using this in all areas of our resorts.

If you have recently returned from overseas, please have a friend or family member collect your pet from our resorts, providing they have not been in contact with you or speak with us regarding the Valet Service.

If you have displayed cold or flu symptoms or been in contact with someone who has, please abstain from visiting our resort.

As a helpful suggestion, please follow the advice and recommendation of the World Health Organisation (WHO).

We do require all our human visitors to wear face masks while at the resort and to complete a Covid 19 sign in form

Please rest assured all pets in our resort are in great hands and are under constant care with our staff ensuring they are happy and healthy.


Please be aware that we are closed for the month of February for annual leave and maintenance.

Closure dates are 1st February to Sunday 27th February inclusive
