Dog Rates, Fees & Charges

Our all inclusive rates are structured to give your companion the highest quality care that you expect and that they deserve. All prices are GST inclusive

You are charged for the first day of boarding regardless of the time you check in. Pampered Pets Resort rewards those checking out prior to 12 noon week days in low season only, by not charging for the day of departure. (excludes Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and minimum peak periods)

Pampered Pets Resort reviews its rate every February and hence rates may change without notice. Please be aware that if you have received a quote for boarding and the rate has increased between our quote and your reservation, the new rate will apply to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

High Season Cancellation Policy

$100 Deposit is required on all High Season Reservations
All deposits contain a $25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee
Reservations cancelled with 30 days or more notice receive $75.00 refund
Less than 30 days’ notice will incur the loss of the full deposit
Deposits are not transferable from one reservation to another

Other Fees & Charges

Entire Male Surcharge

$2.00 per day surcharge for Entire males over 6 months of age

Personal Belongings Charge

$20.00 per booking when bringing personal items other than a t/shirt, medication or food

Cancellation Fee

$25.00 Cancellation Fee applies to all cancelled High Season Reservations

Out of Hour Reception Fee

If checking in or checking out, outside of our documented reception hours you will incur a $100.00 Surcharge
